What we are
Smile Science Aesthetics is the facial aesthetics and skin health brand of Smile Science Holdings LLC, based in Glendale, Arizona. We offer injectable treatments and skin health protocols by licensed providers, with consultation required before any treatment.
Our clinical philosophy
Aesthetic treatment should start with an honest conversation about what is achievable, what the risks are, and whether treatment is appropriate at all. We do not pressure patients toward treatment. We do not offer walk-in injections without a consultation. Our goal is an outcome that looks appropriate for your face — not a result that looks like a trend.
How treatment works
Neuromodulator treatments are performed by our licensed injectors — Ilse Barranco, RDH and Marcela Encinas, RDH. Extended services including PDO threads, biostimulators, PRF and PRP, and medical-grade skin treatments are performed by Jennelle Daly, PA-C, on a scheduled basis. All treatments require an initial consultation and are provided by appointment only.
Our relationship with Smile Science Dental Spa
Smile Science Aesthetics is a distinct brand from Smile Science Dental Spa, which provides comprehensive dental care at the same Glendale location. Patients interested in both dental and aesthetic services are welcome to inquire about coordination of care.

Smile Science Aesthetics partners with Jennelle Daly, PA-C, of Limitless Aesthetics and Wellness, to offer a broader range of aesthetic and skin health services on a scheduled pop-up basis. Jennelle brings additional expertise in PDO threads, biostimulators, PRF and PRP, fat dissolving, filler dissolution, AquaGold microinfusion, and medical-grade skin services including microneedling, dermaplaning, PDRN therapy, and LED light therapy. All services are scheduled by appointment and subject to the same consultation-first standard that governs all care at this practice.
What we do not offer
We do not offer same-day walk-in injections, package deals that pressure volume over appropriateness, or treatments outside the scope of what our licensed providers can safely perform and supervise. We refer patients to specialists when a concern exceeds what we can appropriately address.
